- Shipping & Delivery
Toys of Essence will be using both Royal Mail and a Courier Company to Ship their Orders
- We aim to dispatch our products within 24 hours of receiving the order to ensure quick delivery time. However in the unlikely event of an item being "Out of Stock" please allow some extra time.
- If the order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer next working day delivery service if orders are placed before 12 Noon for an additional delivery charge of £5.
Orders placed before 12 noon on Friday "UK Next Day delivery service will be Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

- We deliver to UK and Ireland but there may be an additional delivery cost if delivered to Channels Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands but we will contact you via e-mail to make arrangements.
- We also can deliver worldwide but there will be an additional cost involved. Please contact us via email.
- If your order is needed urgently or is for a special occasion please e-mail info@toysofessence.co.uk and we will try to make sure that it gets delivered on time.
- Returns & Replacements
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase please notify us and then you can return it for an exchange or a refund if it is in its original packaging with all labels intact. You must send the item back within 14 working days of receiving it.
These goods must be in there original condition and packaging. Where it is apparent that these guidelines have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse return of items.
If the items returned by you, meet our conditions above and can be returned to stock, we will accept the item and issue you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, then we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.
If for these reasons stated above, we are unable to accept the return of an item, we can send the item back to you, however a delivery handling charge will apply.- Ordering

Orders outside the UK
We deliver to UK and Ireland but there may be an additional delivery cost if delivered to Channel Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland,and Scottish Highlands, but we will contact you via e-mail to make arrangements.
Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.
- Toy Safety
Some of our Toys are not recommended for children under 3 years due to small parts. Toys of Essence abides to these recommendations however please use your own judgement as they are guidelines and each child differs from age to age however parental supervision is recommended. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices for Products are quoted on the Site. The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced.
We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a Product's correct price will be stated in the Second Acknowledgement/when you pay for the Product.
In addition to the price of the Products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the Product.
Payment must be made by the date(s) set out in the Second Acknowledgement. We may withhold the Products and/or terminate this Agreement if the price is not received from you in full, on time, in cleared funds.
The prices on the Site include any value added or sales taxes (where applicable).

Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Agreements which have come into force.
Promotions
1. Promotional Gift Vouchers can only be used online at www.toysofessence.co.uk
2. Promotional Gift Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
3. Only one promotional gift voucher may be used per order.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The voucher entitles the holder and friend to the stated amount on the voucher when spending over the amount shown on each voucher, or more in one transaction, excluding any charge for home delivery
